1. Go to the ServiceTrade job list and search for the list of jobs you want to import into Foundation.
  2. Export that list of jobs from ServiceTrade by choosing Export to Spreadsheet Jobs.
  3. Save the jobs export file to your computer.
  4. Click the 'Choose File' button, then select the exported list of jobs saved to your computer.

Note: Your Foundation external system in ServiceTrade must be named 'foundation'. Jobs imported from ServiceTrade will be mapped to their corresponding customers in Foundation by the external ID of the ServiceTrade job's location.

  1. Click on the Foundation job import file to download it to your computer.
  2. Import the job import file into Foundation.
